Rent or Buy?
For most new players, we feel it makes
more sense to rent an instrument rather than buy one
immediately. This offers
the flexibility of a much smaller initial financial
investment, with the benefit of applying rental credit to
a purchase. In our opinion, the best rental plans offer the
option of purchasing from a broad stock of sale instruments.
Further, purchasing a stringed instrument is a very personal
choice. Without some playing experience it is difficult to
have the sensibility about instruments that is necessary to
make a well- informed choice.
Renting
An Instrument
All of our rental instruments are set-up to a consistently
high standard. Our belief is that new players need to work
with an instrument that will support their development.
We prefer to schedule appointments for rentals, as we take
the time to review care of the instrument with new players.
Rental credit may be applied to any like instrument (e.g.,
violin rental applies to violin purchase); there is no obligation
to buy the specific instrument you have been renting *
The instrument may be exchanged for a larger size when the
need occurs.
We make it our highest priority to service rental instruments
as quickly and conveniently as possible.
